If you are playing the Hybrid version of the build make sure to use Plague Javelin off cooldown and spam Lightning Fury inbetween Once you are geared enough you can stick to only using Plague Javelin for Immunes. Lightning Fury is your main attack and its damage scales exponentially based on how many targets are in the group, try to ''Herd'' the cows into large groups and then cast Plague Javelin once followed by Lightning Fury spamming to deal mass amount of AOE damage and then repeat the process. Once you have your Enigma abuse the teleport to reset your mercenary and keep the Conviction aura by your side.
When doing cows do not bring a mercenary or valk until you get your Enigma as they will make it harder for you to group up the cows. The Lightning Enchanted cows will also create charged bolts when struck which can deal heavy lightning damage. If you are strictly farming Cows you do not have to worry about your resists as much however watch out for Elemental Enchanted cows as they can explode on death dealing elemental damage. Why Non Ethereal Titans don't you always want Ethereal? Well in Path of Diablo you can only Corrupt Non Eth items so you need to get Non Eth items in order to Corrupt them for Attack Speed.
